The Company is the brainchild of Srichand Madav who has close to 2-decade experience in Commercial / IT Parks/ Industrial & Warehousing Real Estate. Srichand’s expertise is in implementing competitive strategies for increasing sale/lease enquiries, creating brand visibility and achieving market growth. He is resourceful in leading the front-end engagement for transaction process which entails negotiations, contract finalization, agreement drafting, fit-out management while adhering to all statutory & legal compliances. He is customer-centric advisor with skills in suggesting effective solutions to customer needs; has ensured customer delight by achieving delivery & service quality norms for acquiring repeat & referral business. Srichand has worked in companies like Godrej & Boyce, Cushman & Wakefield, Hardcastle Restaurants & Renaissance Indus Infra and brings to the table expertise in strategy and business planning among other functionalities. Srichand is a graduate in Civil Engineering and post graduate in Business Administration from Pune University.
